I am almost at my 1 year anniversary!! I have been able to stick with the program (with a few exceptions) and have continue to make progress. I appreciate you and your entire team for pushing me to limits I didn’t know I had and continuing to push me hard when I need it the most.
I want to pass along a compliment and “shout out”. Yesterday, I had a stress echo administered by Dr. Peter Hackett, who heads the Institute of High Altitude Medicine here in Telluride, Colorado (8750′). Dr. Hackett is a world renowned high altitude expert and has climbed Mt Everest. He administers a brutal stress echo. After the extensive interview and test, he asked me about my exercise program. He said I should be very grateful to you for whipping me into shape and to pass along his profound appreciation – as well as my sincere thanks.
I do want you to know: I love training at Fit180. I’ll always be grateful for the kind and professional coaching. It’s always fun, but also more than that: it’s been deeply meaningful for me to feel stronger, and powerfully healing to regain a positive relationship to my body after cancer. It’s been great.
I really want to compliment your folks. Since I hurt my knee, I’ve worked with Tina, Candice, Brian, Aaron, and Abbey (so far…). When you have to work around a body part and avoid so much lower body, that’s when they show their knowledge and creativity. They also showed me I could do more lower body than I thought I could. You have a great team.
I crushed the half marathon on Sunday! I sliced 3 minutes, 20 seconds off my PR on a really hilly and challenging course. I attribute it to all the personal training because everyone pushes me past my comfort zone which I don’t do when I am running on my own. And maybe all that extra muscle might have helped too!
Thank you so much! I really love Fit180. And the feedback on the food is definitely helpful. I feel like y’all guide me toward eating healthier rather than force me into something that won’t be sustainable. The personal training has also been really great.
I haven’t noticed much weight loss on the scale but my pants are definitely more loose. I am getting compliments from work people and running friends about how much I’ve changed! It’s definitely working! I would feel absolutely awesome in a wedding dress right now but want to keep working for the honeymoon bikini body.
I love the trainers and the workouts. This is really the best “gym” experience I have ever had. Thanks!
Overall I am really enjoying the workouts. I like the variety of the personal training from your different trainers.
I am really pleased with my first several weeks of working with the Fit180 team. I also am feeling positive results and therefore look forward to our 1 month check-in near Christmas. I was pretty sick for my last 3 work-outs and each trainer helped me to modify intensity, but still make progress. That was the first time I had been sick in over a year, and so I look forward to getting back to work-outs now that I’m back to feeling like myself. Being sick interfered with so many things: sleep, energy, thinking, efficiency, etc. We will see how the next week goes. I’m working hard to keep up with my food logs. And I am watching my water and the timing of my meals. Long road, but your staff is great. All the snack suggestions have been very helpful. I’ve also found a lot of motivation from the accountability. Having the Holidays coming up is intimidating, but we’ll see…
Hiked today and was happy with improved strength and stamina (thanks, Fit180!).
I LOVE every single trainer I have worked with. They are all fantastic. I do feel like I am being challenged and really feel like I have turned a corner in the last week or so in terms of my endurance and ability to get through them (don’t get me wrong, they are not easy, but more doable than in the past for me).
I am feeling great and feel like I am on a downward trend. The workouts have been great and you are correct about the water and food it will make my results faster.
The trainers are doing great and continue to kick my butt. I like that they all keep bringing it up a notch.
All is very good!
I absolutely love the trainers and the workouts and the tips they
share…little tough for me being so out of shape but I feel much
I must tell you that during our 2 week trip in England and Europe, I did
so well with all of the walking. The sessions/trainers really have made
a difference. They are great! I’m making lifetime changes/choices/goals now that I have should have done years ago!
Thanks so much!

Ok– first of all u should know the trainers I’ve met so far are awesome! So friendly and encouraging…and I love the different kinds of workouts that they do. Just wanted to give u some feedback. I am totally exhausted and feel like my legs are going to fall off but no pain no gain, right. 🙂
I want to thank you and your entire team for being so encouraging yet firm with me. All of the trainers push me when I need to be pushed and give me a break when I need that too. They are very attentive and truly understand my fitness level and goals.

I am so very proud of myself! I showed a girlfriend the first pics you sent. She said she is going to finish up with her current trainer and head your way. I told everyone that if they are serious about it, then Fit180 is the place to go. This is the best decision I have ever made as far as joining a gym and finding a good personal trainer/nutritionist.

Thank you!! I have to tell you that your trainers are fantastic!! I’ve never worked with any trainer that I’ve enjoyed this much. Each one of them has made enjoy being there and want to come back.
And truly, our first conversation (that you and I had) really made an impact on me. Your attitude towards the whole thing was exactly what I needed to hear. Kudos to you and your gym.

I’m so pleased to tell you that I was able to cancel my knee scope surgery due to the excellent personal training I have received from Fit 180! Awesome I’m so happy and I feel great your team is really good!

After roughly a month at Fit180, I just wanted to take a minute to give you a little feedback.
Wow! After years of working out at various Dallas facilities – Cooper, Landry Center, and Las Colinas Sports Club, to name a few – I am amazed at the depth of knowledge and sincere enthusiasm of the Fit180 Team.
I had a wonderful workout today with Brian! Not only did he push me, he also made some great suggestions regarding my “sitting in front of the computer posture,” showed me a new neck stretch and made sure I maintained proper form!
And it’s not just Brian…I have had awesome workouts with everyone – Rachel, Candace, Abby, Julie and Tina. Hope I didn’t leave anyone out! Each trainer brings something a little different to the workout, yet there is a definite continuity. After years of “trainer loyalty,” initially I was a little skeptical about working with so many different individuals and potential communication breakdowns. My skepticism was unwarranted…the communication between personal trainers has been flawless!
Bottom line, I love Fit180!

“I’m seriously loving it at Fit180. It’s a great match for me and I feel like I’m being pushed hard but not to the point I want to quit. I’m going to try and focus more on my body and watch as it changes so I can see if its all making a difference. My favorite part is still the food logs. I like how I have to be accountable every day for what I’m eating. Also, so far I’ve loved everyone that I’ve worked with too so they all have been great for me.
I’m excited to see the progress over the next couple of months :).”
