To ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their personal training sessions, only professional personal trainers with clients are allowed on the gym floor. At Fit180, you’ll be free from all of the usual commercial gym distractions because who really wants to work out in a crowded place with random people staring at you?

We have three convenient Dallas personal training studio locations around Lakewood, Highland Park, University Park, and Preston Hollow areas. Your personal training sessions are good at any of our personal training studio locations so on the weekdays, train at a Fit180 studio near your work so you can avoid traffic and on the weekends, train at a Fit180 studio closer to your home.
